Sandlin Homes announced today a $19 million final phase of homes in Little Elm’s Paloma Creek community.  The homes, located in Denton County, are priced from the $200s.

“This is an established, proven neighborhood and we are excited to develop this last phase of some of the best lots in the community,” said Scott Sandlin.  “The location in Little Elm is right in the heart of the Metroplex with an unmatched quality of life that families seek.”

Approximately 80 single-family homes with an average lot size of 50 X 110 feet wide are planned for the community.  Sandlin will be building its Cornerstone Series with seven different floor plans.

Paloma Creek is a master-planned community located along U.S. Hwy 380 in Denton County, with convenient access to major employers and the Dallas North Tollway. Paloma Creek is equipped with numerous first-class amenities such as community centers, swimming pools, fitness centers, hike and bike trails, ball fields, and playgrounds.  Schools are in the Denton ISD and the community offers easy access to top rated colleges and universities like the University of North Texas and Texas Women's University.

Sandlin Homes is undergoing a $200 million DFW expansion.  The builder currently has 700 lots under construction in over 14 different communities throughout the Metroplex ranging in price from the $150s to the $400s.  Other new communities include Cambridge in North Richland Hills, Pine Meadows in North Fort Worth and three new communities in Waxahachie.  Scott Sandlin received the 2014 Builder of the Year Award from the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association.

Established in North Richland Hills in 1957, Sandlin Homes has a tradition of excellence handed down from its founder, J.B. Sandlin and has been building award-winning homes for more than 57 years.  Sandlin also has an excellent ‘build on your lot’ program available anywhere in the DFW Metroplex.
