Get Your Home Value

Learn tips that can help you choose what you need to complete your home improvement jobs.

You can figure out everything you need to do the job correctly and safely. Also, so that you don't waste money on things you don't need.

It's not so scary once you know the basics. If you have pets, think

about getting hard wood floors or titled floors as oppose to laying carpet. Pet hairs can get

trapped in carpet pile and even the strongest vacuums struggle to remove them. Carpets also

harbor dirt and germs, whereas hard floors can be regularly washed with disinfectant. A good

home improvement tip is to make sure the company you're doing business with is legit.

If you have the extra yard space, you should add a sun room to your home.

This adds value to your home because it will add more square footage to the home and it will

also give future potential buyers, the extra living space that they may be looking to have. A

great thing about home decor is that often times it doesn't have to match. You can buy a great

dining room table and mix and match chairs. This is great for cottage and country-styled homes.

Buying a table second hand and adding chairs from different places actually creates a great

design element, as well as a sense of accomplishment. Give those used chairs a chance to

shine! Cover all of your home's surfaces to keep them safe from harm when do home

improvements. When painting then use a tarp to cover the floor, if you're demolishing walls or

cabinets then cover any finished surface so that there is no scratching or other damage occurs.

Also cover any walls that you aren't going to repaint. If you are redoing your tile floors, look into

radiant heat tiles. These tiles provide heat through your electricity and are a real show stopper.

Luckily, they are also easy to install yourself if you can follow the directions. This makes it a

project you can add on whether you are hiring someone or doing it yourself. You'll be grateful

you did the first winter morning that you walk into your bathroom. When it comes to home

improvement, never allow a contractor to begin work without having a signed contract first. This

is important to ensure that you receive the work that was signed for and have a legal contract to

assist you if things do not go according to plan. Be specific and consult with an attorney, if

needed. As you can see, choosing what you need to successfully complete a home

improvement job isn't as difficult as it may appear. It just requires doing research, reading

regulations, working hard, and asking a lot of questions. The work will pay off, once you see

how it can help    Home Improvement Tips

I explain how your home will be marketed, about the Appointment Services, professional Photos that will be shot, Videos that will be made, Flyers and Web sites and a list of qualified buyers that will receive all this information about your home. We will then discuss all your homes Great selling features and look at the Comparable properties that have sold to establish a price that you would like your home listed for.

I will tell you how the Pre-Sales Handyman Program works and answer any questions you may have

Bullet 2: You inform me that you would like me to list your home. We set a time to meet.

Bullet 3: We sign the listing agreement and I go through the home and we decide what small repair items will increase the value of your home and get more full price offers from the buyers
